thats right, run/walk for boobs. i cant think of anything better to run/walk for. its a 5K run which is about 3 miles.

Runner's Roost in Boulder. 28th and Canyon? It's a pretty big store on the left side of 28th Ave. driving North.
As for getting in shape, um... start with as much as you can go, then just keep going further. I'm up to about 3/4 of a mile at a good clip (appx. 6mph on the treadmill). My body wasn't built for running 
DH, I like the title.  Hopefully I'll never have to have my boobies cured.

Stress/exertion-induced asthma and the fact that I haven't run since I had to run the mile for high school six years ago (  !!!) means that I don't run unless being chased by bears.

Well in high school cross country, we always ran 5-7 miles so we'd be plenty ready to run the 5k. Either that or mile sprints. This may not be the best way to try getting back in shape though. 
I'm in for the run.
So who's gonna practice with me and keep me motivated?

I usually don't run unless I have a gun in my hand and someone is chasing or shooting at me.  But it is such a good cause...  I'll try to get back in shape and run this year.
