Here are the meeting notes for May 25th, 2008 (31st Anniversary!)

Notes:
Going to re-start X-wing Open Cockpit at Wings Over the Rockies in July - July 12th - Costumers welcome to participate!
Halloween Event - There might be two.
-Transportation Museum event is Friday, Oct 31.
-Wings over the Rockies event is Sunday, Nov 2.
Mile Hi Con - Oct 24th - Oct 26th.
-Nigel volunteers for con suite coordinator. Food item was discussed but not decided on.
RMFF Handbook - Rules and Regulations
-Jason has offered to help clean up and/or change some of the rules in the handbook, as needed.
-Generally agreed that elections should be held once per year - nominations in November and elections in December.
Clone Wars Event at Colorado Mills Theater
-Katie wants us to come to this event which will be Saturday August 16th. Those participating will get free tickets!
-Costumers of anything Star Wars welcome (not just clone wars)
-Will have our meeting that day after the event.
We still have the landspeeder float. Do we want to use it for another event? Will look into it.
Do we want to create a drivable vehicle that is Star Wars and/or RMFF to be displayed at Trans. Museum? Going to start a thread to discuss.
Treasurer Report - Jonathan - We have a net $108.76.
Levon's movie "Discovery of the Sith"
-Need Tusken costumes or Tuskens and break-away gaffi sticks.
-schedule not yet set
Summer barbecue at Mike and Amy's - July 19th
Next Meetings:
Sunday, June 22nd?
Saturday, July 19th (barbeque)
Saturday, August 16th (Clone Wars event)

Hey guys=)
Sorry I didn't make it on Sunday! I also forgot to give Zoo the Hauntings at the Hangar update (mea culpa.) I can tell you that it is definately a go at this point in time=) We are double checking the WOTR event calendar but at this time it is scheduled for October 26th. I know, this is once again conflicting with MHC, but I don't think that is gonna change any time soon and Hauntings always seems to turn out great!
I will let you guys know when I know more, which probably won't be till after the B-17 event next week.
