You can buy the sour cream gun at any restaurant supply store. Not sure where you would get the sour cream canister that goes in it. *shrug*

this is the cheapest one i could find...a new one is around $150.
Usually bulk food companies sell the actual sour cream such as sysco and shamrock foods.

or if people have decorating tools, some of them have tips that can be used to do sour cream. usually they will hold several cups and you can just squirt it out.

I think if we make it an assembly line, we scoop the stuff the line goes faster, cleaner, no contamination and people won't be gluttons and spoon themselves 10 oz of sour cream for one potato!
