should we spring for the butter in tubs/pats or are we going to have someone stand there and cut the butter? 
Also, I had a dream about this...and there were 4 people manning the 4 stations we had, cheese, sour cream, potatoes and one other one that I wasn't sure what it was. And someone was giving us crusty work gloves, instead of the plastic food service ones to serve with. It was a strange dream and I'd rather not have it again.

I can't remember what info I was supposed to contact them with, can anyone remember what we said at the BBQ? What time did we want to do it? And we settled on Baked Potato Bar, correct?
Mostly I just need someone who remembers what time we said we wanted.

The time wasn't the real issue as the day was.
We need Saturday and whatever time fits potatoes best AR would be the final say as he's running the thing & needs to be there to do that
