I have a call into the nurse to see what may be done, we'll see. would like to avoid the visit all together. It's starting to piss me off. tomorrow will be 2 weeks of this crap. I'm done with it, it's just not done with me apparently.

Mine lasted 2 weeks as well, I had a week of amoxicillin in there, but I'm basically recovered other than a bit of congestion that is mainly annoying because my ear STILL refuses to pop completely. It didn't seem like I was really getting better overall until one day I woke up and just was about 75% over it, so maybe here in a day or two you'll get that happening too.

Sounds stupid, I know, but it does work... Since Scott is still smoking, get yourself a cotton ball and have him slowly blow some smoke into your ear, and then trap it with the cotton ball. The nicotine will help with the pain, and the tar will heat up and help to draw out the remaining fluid that's causing the pressure.

I haven't had the ear infection, but I've had a sore throat since Starfest ended. I'm still pretty wiped out, too. No fun.

Hmm.. I'm gonna have to try that tonight. I probably need to go to the doc at some point for it anyways cause I've had problems getting my ears to pop my whole life and it could the eustation tube defect stuff, my mom had issues with hers too but hers manifested in the form of near constant sinus infections until she had surgery at 17 to put in an antral window.

Out... finally. They kicked us out of the jewelry lab at 1:30a. Stinkers. Ah, well. Gives me time to study for my other finals. Yaaay.  I'll join the "wiped" group, though it's not because I'm sick. Just exhausted from working 24-7 for the last two weeks. It's a miracle that I haven't caught any bugs yet (knock on wood).
Just a couple more days... 
...and I'm out.

I have officially joined the Amoxicillin Club and hope to be recovered soon. I hope that is not why I was wide awake this morning at 4:20 but since I am, I am going into work early to make up sick time left over from last week's random "going home early cuz I'm to exhausted" episodes.
I'm never up this early! It's a crime! Even the farm animals aren't up yet! Jeez!
