Hi all! I have been so stinkin' busy lately!
I'm finally done with classes...somehow pulled out the 4.0 again...just got a $2000 scholarship for next year and am sending application for another $2000 one on Monday. Work is crazy, 45 people signed up for my mentor class next Tuesday night...then the following morning me and the kiddos jump in the minivan for a 2-1/2 vacation to Disney World, NC, and New Orleans. I have to pack...
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE!!!

After the week from heck, I'm in. Done with finals, done with the Narnia promotion, and done with everything except cleaning my room, rearranging my Magic decks, and hanging out with the boy (in reverse order of importance).
I gotta brag too - my boyfriend cooked me dinner, and it was like a 5-star gourmet 4-course meal.  ...and he claims he'd never cooked much beyond eggs before. Yummy!

On the topic of OW's sleep apnia, I don't have the same thing, but my fun and funky breathing patterns once got my parents to think I was completely unconscious or close to dead. When I'm dead asleep, in the state beyond REM (if there is such a thing) my breathing slows down to the point where I hardly breathe, but I still breathe at a regular pace. That, and I start to almost pant when I first fall asleep.
Oh, yeah, while I'm still on random Katie facts mode, there is a rather large garden spider on my ceiling with really, really long legs that has been sitting there staring at me for almost three hours now. Thought I got rid of him last night in the garden, but he came back, or he sent his brother. Yikes.

And now it is time for the last day of my trip... Grandpa is as wonderful as ever, and the rednecks are on their best behavoir. And just to make it perfect, my cousin's little boy is so amazingly cute and happy I almost can't stand it. Almost. 
So, how do I reward such cuteness and light? I made him foam sabers yesterday and watched him whacking the snot out of his Daddy. Darth Bucket (Tyler's nickname) has been born!
