I can't really defend the entire suite, but so far Word 2007 is real purty. I was freaked when I first saw it, but after playing with all of the mathematical symbols and smart art graphics I am a convert. *shrug*

It's the unbelievable insistence than you cannot possibly know how to format yourself that drives me insane with Word 2007. 
And we won't even go into the hell that is Excel 2007

I've started using 2007 for my professional documents with flipping back and forth from Open Office. I'm gradually getting used to 2007. At least, for Word. I refuse to use anything but Open Office for Excel.
Oh, and XP-2003 (or whatever) compatibility is your friend.

As a great weight sinks slowly into the west, I feel a little freer and it has allowed time to watch Venture Bros. Season 2 again right before Season 3 premieres this saturday night on Cartoon Network! I can't wait!

4 hours of interrupted sleep due to coughing and little person puking = tired and sort of out of it.
He waited EVERY SINGLE TIME until after I had cleaned him, the bed, and the floor up, and was laying down again before puking again. After the second time, I gave him only water. After the third time, I didn't give him anything to drink. 
We actually ran out of sheets and he now has a blanket tucked into his crib matress that he slept on. I'm washing the first load now, it's on its second cycle of HOT water and color safe bleach. Coffee isn't strong enough. Please send caffiene IV.
