OK if they have it all..then it is no longer your issue...they will take care of it. It isn't YOUR fault that they didnt' get the paperwork in on time...as long as you did and it is dated...you are not responsible.
i had a root canal issue...not the same amount of money of course...but a pretty penny none the less....they took care of it. it is HR period. and why do i want to get into HR?? ha ha ha ha?

Wow, when they make a mistake the HR department goes to bat to fix it. I just now found an email sent at 9:08 (yah I wasn't paying attention) that said they spoke to cigna there was an inaccuracy in cigna's system and it's been resubmitted for payment and should be resolved within 48 hours. 40 mins from when I contacted HR to when I got a reply that it was fixed. Not bad at all.

we had a good experience with our medical plan, since I knew I would be delivering in January, I asked the hospital what my copay would be so I could put it into the flex benefits and not pay taxes. It turned out that they overestimated it by about $600, which came in handy when later that year the ewok went into the hospital.

Dear IT
when you pull an 8 month old backup to fix an email problem would it be too difficult to LET PEOPLE KNOW. I am CONSTANTLY updating group mailing lists to reflect the correct individuals. Thanks to not knowing that an old backup replaced all my current lists, information went out incorrectly. Which could get me in trouble.
Needless to say you probably DO NOT WANT TO COME ANYWHERE NEAR ME TODAY.

and even worse, you can't take anything for it. 
My doctor let me take the old style sudafed since there were tons of tests done on it, but not the 'new' stuff.
One of the best things about not beign preggo or nursing is taking nyquil.

My doc had me use Mucinex, just straight Mucinex (just the expectorant, no D or whatever the acronym is for the decongestant in it) and it worked amazingly well. I didn't expect it to work so well on a head cold but it did. the Ayr saline mist also helps to clean out the nasal passages pretty well without any drugs at all.
Edit: just remembered, the Mucinex was while breastfeeding, not while pregnant, so more iffy on that one.

just so you know, the generic name for mucinex is guafenisen (sp?) and if you are taking the plain old variety (not DX or anything) you can get the generic at WalMart and Walgreens and Kaiser over the counter TONS cheaper that what Mucinex charges.

hmm. did something not happy to my knee while ice skating on my lunch break. not sure what I did. feels like it needs to pop when I bend it and its rather painful.
hopefully this goes away overnight so that i can be hiking in mesa verde all weekend
