Found Luke, Rebel Honor Guard, and the Death Star Trooper today. Still no luck finding Biggs or that friggen sweet looking Concept Boba Fett.

EDIT: 2nd wave complete! Found the 2 I needed about 15 min ago at the Target in Longmont.

So I was thinking at Star Fest, have Ray Park sign the base of this. I have this statue and with Ray's signature on it, I think it would be even cooler.

That would be so cool.

Now I wish you would've posted that a month ago so I could snipe one on eBay just for the occasion. sad

Yeah, but will they let him sign just anything, or is he only allowed to sign their "allowed" pictures which you have to buy?

True. I know Mark Hamill has that rule. He can only sign sanctioned pictures, and they have to be addressed to somebody.

What's worse, is they'd probably only offer "Toad" pictures from X-Men. LOL.

He signed a carded figure for me at C3. I don't think he would have a problem signing it for you Bfett88. If you email Anne Newmann (neumera@rebelscum.com) and ask her, she should be able to tell you for sure. She is the one who organizes all the clebs for Official Pix and she knows them all very well.

I know, but as far as finding out how he is about that sort of thing she is probably the next best thing to asking him yourself.

Target at Colorado Mills had all of the Order 66 packs at an endcap near register 9 today. I sure wish I had an extra $60 lying around so I could get them all....

The rest of their stock was pitiful, but there were a couple of blasters...

I'm amazed on a weekly basis of the questing you do to find the things you find. shock

Do you...do something with all the figures you buy, or do they just end up in a plastic tub like all of mine did when I used to collect? confused

yes, if there is some sort of apocalyptic event and they stop making toys for some reason, we have enough toys stashed to give our kids birthday presents for the rest of their lives, as long as they like Star Wars and other sci-fi stuff...

At least until they are teenagers... I can just picture the teenage rebellion on that house. Pressed linen shirts, ties, sweater vests, and a collection of "I Like Ike" and "Ronnie Raygun" memorabilia, allowances placed into IRA's and CD's (not the death metal kind), and research papers on the decline of formality in American Culture. laugh

Are you asking me, or E1?

All I have, in my entire collection are a grand total of 12 clones. That's it. They sit on my desk and make people stop and ask silly questions. I have no other SW collectable stuff except for my RFT and brand-new tusken. That's it.

Since I can't afford to get a set of 501st armor, I buy maybe on average, 1 clone a month, if that. I am on the hunt for battlepacks that (theoretically) are on sale, or to find a clone on the shelf, but I'm not like urbnns, who has a room with 1,000 clones in it.

Since Target is right by home & work, I stop by when I can before/after school, or if errands take me that way, but most of the time I look and post the status of what's there. I can't afford to actually buy the stuff.... The downside of having a job with no overtime.

I could only be so lucky. This genetic algorithm genius that I mentioned in the other thread is 50 and has a 20 year old kid. The similarities between us are too close for comfort, and rather than his kid rebelling against the bizarre upbringing he had, he's only grown to do things better and more efficient than his dad.

And that's not a good thing...considering all the trouble he's been in. LOL.
