In a report directly from SuperShadow himself we have learned that the fabled species of blue cows [like moo cows] inhabit the desert world of Tatooine. They produce a blue colored milk and we will see this actual dairy beverage on screen in ep4!!!!111!!!!!11!!!

It all make's sense.
Blue Cows = Blue milk
White Cows = White Milk
Black and Grey = Copy other cows cause they have a rubbish colour, (black milk?)
