Isn't Augwynne still alive at this point? It seems like she's another example of the longevity of the Witches of Dathomir.

MarasFire posted: Tell me what you think about my explanation of the naming system on Hapes.
Ta'a Chume is a title given for life, meaning the Queen Mother. The crown princess is indicated by adding Chume Ta' to her name, like Tenel Ka Chume Ta'Djo.
Chume'da is an androgynous title; the chume'la is a strictly feminine title given to the wife of the crown prince.
Ka is the dynastic name. So while Tenel Ka's first name is technically Tenel, she follows the Dathomiri's tendency to never separate the first name from the last. If a queen mother only gives birth to sons and the next queen is the wife of one of those sons, the children are still given the royal last name even if the wife does not take it. This is even where the Ta'a Chume comes from, by dropping the K and making it an apostrophe.
Royal lineage is greatly respected among the Hapans. Because of this, the parentage of the royal children is made clear. I'm not exactly sure how to explain it so I'm just going to show you:
Tenel Ka Chume Ta'Djo: Tenel Ka, crown princess from the House of Djo.
Allana Ka Chume Ta'Solo (or maybe even Organa if they want to make it clear that she's related to the royalty of Alderaan): Allana Ka, crown princess from the House of Solo (or Organa)
Edit: Forgot to mention that I believe that the title of chume'da -- which I interpret as the "eldest child of the Queen" -- cannot be taken away except by death of either the child or the Queen herself, but that the title of Chume Ta' can be. If the queen mother decides that the current crown princess -- a male cannot hold the title -- is unsuitable to inherit the crown, she can choose another female heir to carry the title. Also, if a son was born first he would carry the title of chume'da while his sister would have the Chume Ta' in her name. Make sense?
That... sounds logical, there. Makes sense, yeah.

She hasn't been mentioned to be dead, IIRC.

She hasnt mentioned to be alive either
And about Tenel Ka or Allana after LotF, if one of the two really were alive, dont you think they wouldve been mentioned somwhere along the lines of Cades legacy or the fall of the galactic alliance? That must've impacted Hapes enough for 1 of the 2 to reveal themselves, but no. My guess is that they have jsut been completely wiped off the story after LotF, they were never really major characters anyway, well atleast not after NJO.

Considering, IIRC, that the last name mentioned in Legacy that links with NJO or LotF at all is Skywalker, I'm not surprised that TK or Allana hasn't been mentioned. I mean, they have to leave the door cracked open; we don't know what has and will happen to Luke's order - except in the long run, of course. Individually - like who dies, who lives and is hiding, etc. - its anyone's guess.

I'm more one to believe that Allana and TK and their descendants did not reveal themselves to the Sith as they've enough threats from Hapan nobles. Basically, they didn't show up because they were all hiding in Hapes. After all, what kind of a good Jedi mother would show her head if it means more of her kids getting killed by a nasty Sith?

Well, we'd like to think she's alive! And MarasFire is right. All the focus has been on Cade and Krayt so far. Hapes has only received a passing mention so far.
In other news, the Sith has taken over the Senate. As your Senator, I feel it is my duty to inform you of this. We must stand firm against this tyranny!

Sith peace usually equals dead Jedi. And I don't think we want Tenel Ka dead.
And sorry, MarasFire, but I call it like I see it.

Sure, but I didn't come up with this, as I was playing with the original form of 'peace through tyranny'. Don't worry, I've had people think that I've been saying original things when I quote songs and stuff.
and Striker, TK's not dead, she is the Sith/Nightsister AU version that's ruling us

So you want Tenel Ka dead. And I don't speak for myself, either. We're the Tenel Ka fan club.

QFT. If you want her dead then why do you keep posting in her fan club thread?
They pushed the date of the post-LotF book up to October, which means we'll get more Allana sooner (and maybe some mention of Tenel Ka). Of course, they pushed Luke Skywalker and the Shadows of Mindor back to December, which depresses me because I miss Stover in the SW: EU universe.
