Wow, different situation in Canada I guess.
I'd suggest a combination of Amazon Marketplace or Ebay, either should enable you to get a copy but this assumes you're happy to go this route.

Well online might be the easiest bet, but from what I've seen, Gamecube games are pretty rare.

Oh, I got Rebel Strike before the Wii came out, too.
Gamecube isn't that popular here. We're mostly a X-box and playstation people.

I have a gamecube...  I also have Rogue Leader as well as Rebel Strike. 
I get my GC games online mostly through Amazon.
