	As Yubs pointed out, she's the first female on the Command staff in several years, if not ever (can't think of anyone who was). This could be bad. Thanks for the promotion Kev. One other thing... you might want to come up with a better name than 'Probationary Cadet' for people waiting to join... that sounds like they did some wrong and were put on probation, rather than merely awaiting the background check.
