However; they should have realized that as long as they stayed true to what they had been taught the Jedi Order was not really dead. They may not have been able to topple the Empire, but by staying true to the Jedi way they would be handing the Empire a defeat in that they had failed to eliminate the Jedi.
That gives me an idea for an RPG. A few years after the Rise of the Empire some surviving Jedi regroup on a world wishing to rebel against Palpatine...and then Vader and a fleet of Star destroyers come.

Sounds exciting. Go for it.
I have to admit I would like to see some stories about some of the survivors beyond what has already been written.
There are so many possibilities for expansion and development in the EU that it's unreal.

Hello everyone I'm currently trying to establish a new rpg that will compain most if not all the groups currently active on the EU boards...this means I need jedi currently I am working with my sith counter parts but at the moment I have little info on the jedi of the rpg.
I do know there will be 3 Jedi Orders one that respembles the old Jedi order...Aka your fan group if your instrusted although the difference is they are in charge of the Republic at the current time. The second Group is that which Cade Skywalker reunites which will be more closely related to a GA of sorts but will not be in charge of the government.
I will need multipule Jedi Temples/Acadamies and each on will house a High Master who will be in charge of the Jedi on that world. They of course will answer to a Jedi Grand Master One for each order. Courcesent will be the capital of the Jedi Republic but there are two out post that will need to be manned as well...Korriban and Ziost.

I haven't played pen and paper since D&D back in highschool.
