The Man... The Mystery... The disturbing mental images...
But enough about Stakky's sexual ambiguity, welcome to the WES JANSON FAN CLUB 5!
June 24 marks 4 years and about 41,000 posts filled beyond capacity with depraved insanity. (Or insane depravity. I'm not sure which.) We've survived, despite the innumerable times we deserved to be shut down for over-the-top pranks and outrageous amounts of Spam, not to mention the debauchery (who knew Ewok slash was against the TOS?). We are, proudly, the craziest place on the JC, and the best Fan Club around.
Whether you're a regular of the last thread, an oldbie returning from hiatus, or an unsuspecting newbie with no idea what--er, I mean, a welcomed and valued new user who we will definitely not be using as Gauntlet bait to work out our deep-seeded psychotic tendencies, please check your maturity at the door (along with the vibroblade in your boot) and watch out for the Ewoks; they bite (and rabies shots for the entire horde are expensive).
And we go with more copy/pasty than ever!
Welcome boys, girls, Ewoks, and Hobbits, to the EUC's very own looney bin, home of the insane and depraved! Here we are yet again. Another thread, another opportunity to completely, utterlly, and without shame humiliate ourselves beyond reason in the name of all that is glorious and sacred, namely: Wes Janson. Our new thread boasts a variety of fun and games, complete with stuffed Ewok prizes for the winners and spiteful mockery for the losers.
Wes Janson is truly an idol to many a fankid, and the epitome of cool. What's not to love about the smart-ass pilot who always has a trick up his sleeve and a blaster at his side? Fiercely loyal and a sharp-shot; never without a mood-lightening quip. But, if you get on his bad side, you better be careful when drifting into his sights or opening your closet. Wherever you find him, you're sure to also find a more-than-healthy amount of childish insanity, and we figure Wes wouldn't want it any other way.
The WJFC isn't your typical fan club. The authors don't give Wes near enough play for us to simply talk about him. So, we've developed the method of worship by emulation, which means at any given time when posting here, we must ask ourselves, "What would Janson do?" The answer usually leads to bizarre conversation, pranks, insults, and activities involving Ewoks.
Things to do here:
-Discuss Wes
-Quote Wes
-Blastsword duels
-Practical Jokes
-Annoying your commanding officer (That's me, but seeing as how this is the Wes Janson FC, I can hardly discourage it.)
-Anything with Ewoks
-Flirt with people way out of your league. 
-Initiate newbies in The Gauntlet
The Only Rule:
-Everyone must maintain the maturity level of a nine year-old.
The Command Structure:
-I'm the Grand High Empress Lord Tyrant Chief Chieftain (I'm tired just typing that), lexu, the boss, (for what it's worth, which isn't much here).
-There are eight Grand Overseers of the WJFC- all with the rank of High Minister.
-Then, of course, there's -Ace-, the Court Jester of the WJFC, who holds the same rank as the High Ministers.
-Everyone else holds the title of Minister.
How to Join:
-Post a Wes quote. (Try to steer clear of "Yub yub, Commander.")
-Run The Gauntlet.
-Choose your title and have it approved by a High Minister.
The Rules of The Gauntlet:
-Only a High Minister (or -Ace-) may release the Ewoks
-Newbies can't fight back. A newb who hurts an Ewok will pay.
-The use of GoDV is restricted to neural implant only.
-The Gauntlet ends when a High Minister says, and the newbie jumps on the bed.
As usual, Ace will provide the amusement and hilarity at the cost of his own misplaced dignity, Guin will discipline the minions and maggots with her trusty and feared nagaika, JFT will be banned, Corrk will attempt to prove his worth as the only worthy HM, Stak will be worthless, Yubs will write many wonderful Wes-filled fanfics worthy of our attention, Ysanne (aka Ravenclaw Ho) will say, "AWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!111", and I can't really remember what Lank does, but therin lies his genius. Of course, other token Oldbies will be token Oldbies, and some token Newbs will become token Oldbies, while others remain token Newbs. Midbies aren't allowed tokens. Me, I'm not just the Grand High Empress Tyrant Cheif Cheiftain, I'm also a member. But a far superior member than the rest of you, but that goes without saying.
And remember, "You can't look dignified when you're having fun!"
Also keep in mind The Wes Janson Fan Club Social Forum: DownTime... As ya'll know, we have an itsy-bitsy, teensy-weensy issue with SPAM. Well this shall solve that little problem. Go, register, and when you feel like talking about something besides Wes Janson, head there. Now don't go forsaking our precious thread. This is only meant to provide an outlet for your unimportant conversations, as well as a few extras , so's we don't trivialize and disgrace the sacred temple that is the Wes Janson Fan Club.
