Well, number 1 for me would have to be....
ANAKIN SOLO!!!
2. Jacen Solo (but he has to be Sithly) 
3. Jagged Fel
4. Han Solo - he may be old, but he still does it for me 
5. Luke Skywalker (see above)
6. AotC Anakin Skywalker...before the long hair and evil eyes

You know, I forgot about this thread when I was choosing my icon.  Time to look for a new one.
In the meantime I shall add Jagged Fel to my list. He probably would be my third choice, anyway. Zekk is too tall. I don't want to have to wear high heels just to kiss his chin!

Now that I'm more into newest series of comics then I was back when I posted my EU dream-date, I have to say that those Imperial Knights from Legacy are not bad at all. 
Ganner Krieg would be one of my choices.
And Zayne Carrick from KOTOR is cute as well. True, he is clumsy, but has a good sence of humour.

I agree with you on Zayne! He is a hottie! I dislike the Imperial Knights, though. They are all wrinkly. It might be problem in the authors of Legacy, but they're not dating material to me.
I also like Jagged Fel. Mmmm... who wouldn't like a human Chiss!?! Carth Onasi is another sexy SW man as well as Anakin Skywalker.
