Hello one and all I just wanted to stop in and say hello...Just to let you know I have established a new order called the Jensaari and the forgotten orders. Currently we are going to be discussing the different forgotten orders and the order of the Whills is one of them so if you would like to stop by and say hello it would be greatly welcomed.

Time for my "Darth Krayt is an Egyptian Pharaoh" theory! (the theory will be blacked out for those of you who have not read the Legacy comics, Inferno, or Fury)
I was thinking about whether the Sith we see in Inferno and Fury are the same as Darth Krayt's One Sith (since several signs point to them holding different beliefs from Krayt himself) and I came up with a theory. Perhaps they are both and yet still different. I was thinking that since we know that Krayt has been in stasis in the past, perhaps the other Sith are...worshippers. Krayt in stasis on Korriban and a cult of Sith have risen up around him, worshipping him for achieving "true Sith immortality" or some such thing.
If, during the last two books in the series, these Sith join with Caedus and are destroyed, then this would help keep Krayt's existence secret. If they are destroyed then the Jedi might think nothing more of them, the Sith have once again turned to dust, they would assume. Thus allowing Krayt to remain secret for years afterward, keeping his One Sith undetected from the Jedi.
Another possibility with this theory is that Krayt in stasis is guiding his "cultists" through the Force, manipulating events to allow himself to remain hidden, drawing attention to Caedus instead of himself.

Different beliefs Did I miss something?
Then again according to what I know from LOTF and Legacy Krayt was somehow captive to the Vong and tortured much like Jacen was and that was how he got the YV armor and whatever YV illness that's killing him in Legacy. After escaping he went back to Korriban and went into stasis to recover and still in stasis during LOTF.
Anyway I don't think the Sith on Korriban we see in LOTF have had much experience with Krayt and that might explain any differences in dogma. Or perhaps Krayt hasn't had his so called epiphany of the rule of one....[cough]Lord Kaan and the brotherhood of darkness 1100 years before[cough].

Didn't they say something alongs the lines of the "noble Sith name of Skywalker" or some such thing? And, to quote Krayt: "I often wonder if I shouldn't have ended the Skywalker lineage when I had the chance."
I'd say that's a pretty big difference.

Perhaps, but a hundred years can change alot, and those Sith in LOTF may not know Krayt's personal ponderings about the Skywalker line, nor the sith in Legacy may not understand his oppinion on them then. Then again I concede your point, TLI, that is marked difference in oppinions.
Also how is the name of Skywalker a noble sith name? Sure Anakin was Vader the poster boy for the Sith to us, but he also turned away from the darkside in the last moments of his life. Any Sith in the GFFA would have nothing but disdain for someone they'd see as such an obvious fool.

Not a problem, not one at all. But why, if I may ask, would you refer to his style as "story time"?

Maybe we need a new topic
Okay how's about a comparison and contrast topic.
How does each force group see the issue of attachment, which do you prefer, and why?
Oh, and Merry Christmas!!

I feel attachment should be allowed, but you must not get too obsessed in it however. It should only be allowed, for in the case of marriage, and more, to live as you were meant to. Attachments should be used constructively, in order to fulfill the goals of the order you serve, in my case balance. Much like the force.

Hello, everyone. I hope all of you had happy holidays. I know I did. Thank you, Kev for starting a new topic. Your director is dragging her feet, but she promises to do much better in the future.
Let's keep this thread going.
Fellow Whills Administration members, expect a PM from me. I have an idea I want to discuss with you.
Thank you.

Greetings, fellow Whills Administration members and other members.
Let us awaken this thread.
We have discussed light and dark Force powers, but I do not think we have specific sides/aspects of the Force. If we have, oh wel, we'll just be redundant. I think it is a great way to get the thread active again.
Let's start with the Dark Side.
What is your opinion concerning this aspect of the Force?
How do you feel about the Sith, the Sith Code and their beliefs and philosophy?
I was a Sith, and this side is a very rough place to be.
This is just my opinion.
However
