Why didn't you join the Empire, Nick? Even former Rebels like myself can see reason... we always need strong leaders (*cough*Admirals!) in the Empire. And we show our appreciation just as nicely as the other kids.

Jaina, I have always been a Rebel at heart. To join the Empire would be to out of character for me.
My buddy Jello and I have discussed our reasons for liking our various factions numerous times over the years. We gave up trying to convert the other long ago.

This is a vastly different Empire than the one we're used to seeing. Believe me, I would typically say that I'm a Rebel too... but in light of reason, here at the EUC, I'm an Imperial.
