I believe they are either in hidding, Joined the Sith/ Imperial Knights, or merged with the jedi

I think they are all merged with the Jedi because in LOTF era Kirana Ti and Streen were in Dathomir and i think they may have been training the Witches. Also before that time the jensarrai have joined Lukes order.
So it makes sense that they were still merged with the Jedi.

I think that the Witches of Dathomir would have joined with the Jedi for the reasons TEE stated, the Jensaarai would have either joined and helped in more of a incognito fashion as they did with the YZ threat or I think they would have chosen neutral/hiding and possibly allow those that felt compelled to help either side do so so long as they vowed never to bring that faction into their system or aid them in any way to find or control it.
By the way a fabulous fleet SWBob, is it going to be seeing any action in the NJO or droid thread since the warcry?

Well I should probaly answer my own question. I think that the Jensaari would still be their own faction, but who knows if Krayt knew of their location. I dont see him letting them live.
For the witches, I dont see them not bieng their own faction. They seem to proud to merge completely.

It's been very quite here lately...question what do you all think if we hosted a in house duel or "civil war"? It wouldn't be allowed to leave this thread though...STWB I look forward to hear your thoughts on the issue...

Alright this place has been dead for long enough...as leader of the dark jedi order I call a meeting of all leaders of the hidden orders. We need to get some life into this place and believe it would better for all of us to establish our orders first and for most.
