FYI... The Nightsisters are considered to be a Dark Side sect of the Light Side Witches of Dathomir which are the predominate Force users on Dathomir.
I would like to know more about the alternative Force groups in which Jacen and Luke studied in their travels. They are merely glossed over as a reference in the EU books. For the life of me, I can't remember which ones they are off the top of my head except for the Witches of Dathomir. Help?

yeah witches and nightsisters should probably be one catagory. I think all the groups Luke had contact with we are supposed to believe he studied with. Further I think we are ment to assume that those are the same people Jacen studied with.

I think Luke trained Jacen in most of those ways to begin with not to mention Jacen may have found new force groups out there...what if he established his own in the unknown at the same time?

^ I think he did, considering the Legacy comics and some of there odd ways. There like Sith with a splash of Vong.
Or am I the only one who thinks they are descendants of the Jacen order?

Considering we've seen an order called the One Sith as of Inferno, yes.
I reckon we could have two orders in here. We can choose to join the Dathomiri Witches or Jensaari, with two parallel orders meeting at the top in a Council. If other groups get some love, like the Matukai or Palawa, we could expand.
Just thinking, mostly, here.

Now we simply need to sort our where we are, position wise. I believe we shouldn't have more than three full-fledged Defenders or Witches/Nightsisters, and we shouldn't have more than three people on the Council. In time, the Matriarch's apprentice and Saari-Kaar's apprentice could be included in the Council, per the original post by Sabith.
And we need a Matriarch. 
And I would suggest a name change, myself. Sabith, it's your Order, so that's upto you. Something to reflect we're Jensaari and Witches.

Just a suggestion for the name: since you're also considering adding in some of the other lesser-known Force organizations, how about something like the "Seekers/Order of Forgotten Lore"? Just a thought.
