It was the final battle between the apprentices. The Imperial Knight Arlic Sagitta and the Sith’s Darth Idoneus. Both have fought a fierce fight within the violent trenches of the fiery planet Mustafar. The Dark Lady watched as the lava almost consumed both participants. It was quite a delight watching in such magnificent and explosive surroundings. There was no real advantage for either yet both apprentices handled the harsh environment better than expected. This made the judgment much harder than any of the other battles that were judged.
The last moments of the match left her apprentice falling into the fiery molten rock. She arrived on the scene just in time to levitate his body up on to the repulsor gurney that had arrived right behind her.
Just like Vader….such promise yet may not be able to reach his full potential now.
“First of all I want to commend both of you on a very impressive battle. Definitely saved the best for last.”

- You really upped your game in this match. You added more to your character development which as a judge and Rper I look for. I loved the dragging of the feet to try and slow down after you were force pushed.
There was a slight god mod in the part where you posted
Drawing on the Force,
Alric pulled on the Sith,
hoping to drag him over the edge while leaping to the side to avoid the Sith's blow and dodge the wave of rocks and dirt.
Also the avoiding and pulling at the same time seems a bit unrealistic. You could have allowed the small gravel to just blow toward you, and then used the force to counter the strike. Granted you would have been injured but not severely. Though you did wrote that you were scratched and your tunic was torn. I just thought you shouldn’t have tried to avoid it. I think it would have been better just to play it out instead of avoiding all the time.
When you were poisoned and chased the Sith to the facility I thought that your speed shouldn’t be as productive as normal.
I loved that your anger got the better of you . It made it more interesting. It was a good move to use bolt.
SWBob
- I love that you brought humor into your posts. It had me chuckling. I thought you had good strategy and tried to always be aggressive with your approach though the surroundings did not always fair well for both opponents. Now the scene were you used the Aura of Unease, sending a some gravel toward your opponent which I took as a small amount then swinging your lightsaber afterwards, would leave you a bit winded for using the force in such a capacity at your level.
I loved how you described the effects of the bolt when it hit you. I do think you ran out of steam and it showed in your posts. The previous rounds you were able to capture more of the development of your character , but maybe the climate strayed your focus.
This was really the hardest one to decide, but there can be only one winner.
My judgement is for
The_Loyal_Imperial
. He out RP'd Bob in this and i felt really had the upper edge in the match.

Late,
very late
, and yet he was only the third judge to commend the two combatants. He most definitely wished he could of arrived sooner, but the business of the Templar were of more pressing matters. However now he was here and present his judgement he would.
"Again well done to both of you, for you have just engaged in a duel that will be remembered as the final of the First EUC Apprentice Lightsaber Tournament, an epic duel on this most historical of planets Mustafar."
"I don't really have too much of a problem with either combatants performance, neither god modded, at least enough to be significant, neither seemed to be able to unrealistically block every single move of their opponents or used the Force in a way a apprentice could not. A small note would be Darth Idoneus sudden appearance of armour that the Emperor had pointed out, though I do not believe it had any real impact on the duel."
"But there must be a winner, and also must be a reason the winner is. And something that separated Arlic from Idoneus, was his darker side, how he let his emotions loose, put the concern for the dark side in the back of his mind and attacked. It was good to see his darker side, though in saying that it would be hard to see Idoneus darker side as he is already deep in that darker side, and Idoneus did use his emotions well, but in the end I feel that Arlic used them better, for role-playing sake at least."
"And with that I congratulate both contestants on making it this far, but there can only be one.
Alric Sagitta - The_Loyal_Imperial, Imperial Knight Apprentice
, you have become a much better duellist throughout this tournament, from that first duel with Jerdu, to the epic four way, and now the final you I feel have improved the most so much so that you have bested
SWBob - Darth Idoneus
in this final duel, and as such pronounce you the Winner of the First EUC Apprentice Lightsaber Tournament."
He gave s small but noticeable smile before disappearing into the shadows once more.
