I was right about the top three, I just had the wrong order.  Although I did pick Thrawn as second.

I actually agree with a lot of these, but there are some choices that made me go "Bzuh?" I mean, no way in heck would I put Borsk Fey'lya as better than Kyle Katarn.

It's KotOR II that really established him as a great character. Not much to do with the revelation of KotOR I....
I am really surprised Revan wasn't higher, I must say. I figured he'd be Top 5 at least.
Still, it's good that Kyp seems to well liked... now someone give him a darn novel series!
Jacen deserves his position on his being Jacen alone. It's a shame Caedus is such a pile of sith.

The top 10 winners obviously have huge fan bases, just look at their fan forums on this EU community. None were shocking, except actually Cade. He's interesting, but has just gotten started.
It would have been much more poetic for Kyp and Corran to have been the two that tied since they represent the opposing view points so often. You know yin/yang tied for 5th.
I'm so not surprised Anakin was #1. His story is legend, pure trajedy. As someone said so eloquently:

Makes me wonder, if he hadn't died, if he'd still be #1.

I am surprised that Revan is not in the top 5 and behind Jacen and Kyp.
The Kotor moment is one of the best moments in Star Wars history, and he is well liked because he is supposed to be you the player.
Also Kotor 2 and the Darth Bane: Path of Destruction flesh him out a bit more.
Here is hopping that Kotor 3 will let us continue his story :P

Come on. Even with the direction of her character in LOTF, Jaina was superb in the NJO.
