Honestly you should drink Assam Tea. I drink some Irish Breakfast Tea with a large ratio of Assam in it. It always helps me feel better when I'm sick.

mmhmm, its generally labeled "Breakfast Tea" English Breakfast Tea, Scottish Breakfast Tea, and Irish Breakfast Tea are the most common. An easy to find and pretty good tasting batch is available from Twinnings, you can probably get it at the local store. here's a bit more
