Keep your temples and you shrines and you churches and your fan clubs. What we have here is a diner. A diner built to house and honor the memory of Mace Windu.

Take a booth with friends or sit at the counter. Order a cup of something. Try the pie.

Soup of the Day is cheddar broccoli. We also have a nice corn chowder, and a minestrone.

Pumpkin's out of season, and Mace Windu doesn't eat pie filling out of a can! shame_on_you I can offer you our special Oreo Cheesecake, though. It'll put a smile on the face of a Sith Lord, I tell you!

I'd like the blue....wait...I mean the purple plate special, and a glass of Jawa juice please.

This diner themed thread reminds me of my favorite Dexter Jetster quote from SW Insider for some reason:

"Knowledge is knowing what the blue plate special is. Wisdom is understanding why you don't order it on Tuesdays."

What a great quote! We're hanging that on the wall next to the milkshake maker, right below the one that says "We're keepers of the pie, not soldiers."

Now to get out the Jawa press. Did you know it takes three of those little buggers to make one glass? Plus, the strainer takes a long time to clean. Still, if you've got the credits, we'll squeeze the Jawas.

Pssh. Canned pumpkin is actually more nutritious than its fresh counterpart. I bet you didn't know that.

Mace Windu Menu Fact of the Day:

On the Jedi Council, Windu was often regarded as second only to the Grand Master Yoda, though Windu was eight centuries Yoda's junior.

He was also eight centuries not as wise as the ancient jedi master. Lets face it Mace Windu could have prevented Anakin from falling twice....

Yoda did nothing either, for all his nine centuries of extra wisdom, so back the heck off of Mace, junior.

I have a theory on why: any time anyone spoke to him, his dead-eyed glare, monotonous speaking and whining petulance made everyone tune out. This is the true power of the dark side: it turns people into whiny pseudo-goth. You don't want to defeat them, you just want to slap them around some.

WOW, aren't you mature...Look Mace was a great jedi but I don't think he could have defeated Yoda in a one on one. Yoda never really seemed to want to kill anyone. He always wanted to redeem them (Except Palpatine and I think he even wanted to just arrest him but I could be worng.)

I also never stated that yoda did anything to help matters. If you think someone who is 20 has even the slightest amount of wisdom compared to an 80 year old man then you have some issues. Your theroy doesn't make much sense really because what you descriped is basicly every teenager I know. Mace and Obi-wan believed Anakin was the choosen one so why didn't they spend extra effort to make sure he learned what he needed to.

Why didn't mace tell Anakin to join them after all it was suppose to be the CHOOSEN ONE that would restore balance to the force not a powerful jedi master. When Anakin finally came all twisted up Mace could have told Anakin that if Palpatine was willing to surrender he would allow him. Instead he made Anakin believe that Palpatine was telling the truth.

I think mace was a great jedi but like most of the jedi of his time they didn't look at the big picture. Do I think Windu was an powerfull jedi Yes. In fact I'd say in his time the power ranking for the JEDI would be Mace, Yoda, Anakin, Obi-wan, and others. Now if it came to skill and knowleadge I'd say it went Yoda, Mace, Obi-wan, Anakin....

Lighten up, kid. Have some pie. Given your signature, I'd suggest something with dark chocolate.
