I scanned the two comic pages from Star Wars Insider #101.
They are just the pencils. They were also only about 2.5 - 3 inches high in the article. Still, you can tell it will look glorious in color.
These are probably SPOILERS, so make with the clicky-clicky at your own risk. The article provides context, but I'm not typing all that in.

I’m not an Insider regular anymore, but this issue is worth picking up for the interview with John and Jan, if nothing else. And Cade is all over the place – he is pictured no less than four times in the magazine and Legacy is named as the “Don’t Overlook” for the comic readers.
