Sey: Do what Trace does... Bat your eyes at the owner of your LCS and say "Please sir, will you find someone who wants to trade this little plastic Snake-Headed Sith Witch for a Cade Skywalker?" (Or something to that effect.)
It works like a charm when my wife does it. However, when I do it... I get nothin'!
I bought Trace a pack on Wednesday. For once she didn't that get little Sith-Wannabe Psycho. But she did get Roan Fel, who'll make a great pawn for someone else. (She apparently watched a lot of political hostage negotiations when she was a kid. She's really good at facilitating these exchanges.)

Sey: Seriously, though, both of the comic stores in my town have game nights for the minis players and such. If yours does that, then you can probably arrange to trade. I don't go to game nights, but I give my LCS owner whatever figure I don't want and he trades with the gamers for me.
If not your LCS, do you have a local Fan Force chapter? A lot of FF's play minis.

And as for me... I'd trade anything to get a Cade Skywalker mini! Except anything that involves Cade himself.

I picked up a poster with Cade on it from the Dark Horse booth. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any LotF minis.
