What would be more real than credits? (on here anyway)
A good point about the Verpine, Amon.
So, these seem to be our choices.
1. Act like Neimodians and act in self-interest and greed, not sticking our necks out for anyone.
(Be neutral, sell weapons to the Sith)
or
2. Be droids that can help restore freedom to the galaxy and to our fellow droids, in the noble tradition of R2 and 3PO.

Oh, another favorite of mine. Xim's old war droids. They look slaggin' awesome and, despite being over 25 millennia old, were still kicking butt and taking names during the Vong Incursions.

That is a good proposal tbh, but would eventually make us a target to other factions I'm afraid.

Good point. The Trade Federation is one of the worst things that had ever happened to the droidkind, in my opinion. Such a horrible period of enslavement, dying for some distant reasons, with no freedom. We must not allow for that to happen again.
