Cloak of Deception- Wedge + Bail?!

I'm currently reading the novel Cloak of Deception [I know, I'm very far in the past compared to all the new age EU.] I've noticed that in this novel, Bail Organa is actually referred to as Bail Antilles.
What's up with this? Is it just a mistake because this was written during TPM craze and not much was known about the background characters? Or is it like his real last name and Organa is a formal political last name?
If theres a quick questions thread in this forum, please lock and redirect, or even a better forum for this topic. This is actually my first time venturing into the EU community, and I'm quite confused...

Actually, Bail Antilles and Bail Organa are two different people. Antilles was the Senator from Alderaan prior up to TPM, and ran to replace Finis Valorum after the vote of no confidence. When he lost that vote to Palpatine, Antilles resigned from the Senate and was succeeded by Bail Organa, also of Alderaan.
My guess is that Bail was a popular name for Alderaanian males of his generation, which explains why he has the same first name as Organa. That said, Antilles also happens to be a common last name in the Star Wars Universe(like Jones and Smith in modern America), so Bail Antilles is not at all related to Wedge Antilles.

Ahhh I see I see! Thank you, I've been wondering this for the past two weeks since I cracked open the book. That totally makes sense now, though.
