The Sith Empire has thus been defined. As Dark Lord of the Sith and Chancellor, I shall retain command of the Sith, Imperial Knights and Senate under the overreaching title ‘Dark Lord’ of the EUC.
Almost all threads will have a Sith Governor assigned to them beyond the Senator that represents them in the Senate. The Sith Governors shall run the threads as the new leaders. Election of Sith Governors may be allowed under certain conditions.
Dissent shall not be allowed. Anybody attempting to act against the Sith Empire shall be acted upon harshly. This is necessary to provide true Order for the EUC.
Any of you with the position of Sith Governor shall be expected to lord over their threads and keep them in line. You are not their Senators - we must keep the illusion of democracy apparent - but you shall enforce my dictates as necessary.

Keralys is a gnat, nothing more. We shall be sure to swat them. Resistance shall prove to us which are truly loyal to the Senate, and which are not. Once we have ascertained the location of their marshalling point - all bugs have a nest - we shall crush them, my Fist.
I expect recruitment initiatives immediately, from all. Any thread without a Sith Governor must gain a Governor of some kind shortly. My Hand, be sure to keep an eye on Keralys. If he has anyone assisting him, I want to hear about it.

I just want to let you know, Emperor, that your will is welcome at the Templars. However, your fist is not. We will accommodate you and your governor as we would any other guest. If you need our help, you need only ask. But let me make one thing clear. We are our own order. You will find yourself faced with an unwelcome revolt if you try and order us against our beliefs and standing. Do not make the mistake of thinking you can order us to do your every whim. You will soon find that our small numbers are not a true measure of our power. We have nothing against the sith. We think you are misguided in your vision of the force, but we do not wish you eradicated from the galaxy. However, if you begin to try and force yourself upon us, you will find that we are no longer able to be found. Or worse.
That's all I wanted to say. Carry on with your hate mongering.
