Before the place was initially captured, I believe they were. I think Cam was trying to figure out what to do to organized and build up defenses, when the second attack came. However, I'm not sure if she's picked a side for the XWFC as of now.
The Empire is currently neutral.
I'm not sure about GFA allies, since there were some groups that initially joined the GFA that aren't participating much if at all anymore.

The XWFC Defense Force posting ranks have been decimated to critical numbers. Therefore, the XWFC wishes to stay neutral in this war until we can rebuild our FC membership. We would prefer to return to our normal insanity instead of chaotic warfare.
Task Force Rogue Shadow, on loan from Twin Suns Lead for the soul purpose of protecting the refugees, will return to the Twin Suns Sector under his command.
