Defintely the best sickness.
I wish the narrator on the audiobooks would give him a more sexy voice. In the
LotF he gives Jag this wheezy voice that sounds like he might be about to have
an asthma attack. It's not bad..just not as nice as the deep sexy one he uses
for Kyp and Zekk. The voice he does for Han is a bit over the top...like an actor in
an infomercial.
Or am I the only geek that gets both the audiobook for my iPod
and the actual book to read?

You know going into this book I was somewhat disappoint with the lack of resolution between Jag and Jaing.
Until I read the book and realised that it was there.
It's Jag that Jaina thinks about while admiring what her parents have together and thinking of her future, and it's Jag that finds her in the darkest most horrific moment of her life, and holds her hand. Then her parents arrive and it's like...it's the four of them you know? They will be a family.
And then of course the final..."Jag's coming to see me?" While she's suspended naked taking medicine. Thinking of Jag while she's naked...yeah, thats what I call closure.
Oh, the plot bunny just had a litter.

At least she had an "opaque modesty curtain" over her. But I am so pleased he was on her mind!
It was perfect for Jag to be the one to find her and care for her until help arrived. I don't recall if they said how
he located her on a big ass SD. It was just cool.

If I remember correctly Jaina asked for Zekk and saw Jag being concerned and she loved him for that. Or something like that

Jaina asked Jag to find Zekk because he had been shot down in battle and she didn't know what happened to him, she also asked him to make sure that Mirta got off of the Anakin okay as well. However, she is very clear that she's happy that it was Jag who found her. She specifically tells him that while she's squeezing his hand. When she sees how distressed Jag is over the possibility of Zekk being dead the text says..."and she loved him for that." In other words she loved him because he could put Zekk's well being above any rivalry.

I finally got the whole book read... And I certainly enjoyed it. I had of course read a lot of the spoilers and also flipped through the pages a bit while reading, but it's always so different when I get to read the whole thing and don't miss out on anything.
But about our marvelous man... At first I was a bit disappointed that we didn't get to see Jag so much, and only had one scene with him and Jaina together alone. But as I read the whole story, I was thrilled to see that even if he wasn't present in the snecens that much, he was mentioned often enough. I loved the part in the beginning when they are at the Jedi war council and Jaina finds herself gazing at Jag and he gives her a warm smile. That was absolutely adorable!
The scene where Jag finally finds Jaina at the disposal pit, it was almost heartbreaking... But in a nice way. The way he understood her and let her cradle Jacen, worried for Zekk even while being afraid for Jaina and even pretty much pleaded her to stay strong. And Jaina allowed him to, was even grateful for it, I think.
And if we're talking about how he found her in such a place, I'd bet on the mysterious bond between them...

OMG SIG QUOTE ALERT.
So, um, not to get off the Jag subject, but, JACEN SOLO FINALLY FREAKIN' DIES? WHO GETS TO OFF HIM? AND ARE WE REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY SURE HE'S DEAD?
This is kind of important to me. It may just determine whether or not I stop hatin' on LotF.

Yes my friend the scumbag is dead no questions asked it all happened on camera. Denning learned that lesson the hard way.

He'd just get his ass kicked by Luke and Jaina again.

Dear Lord in heaven, my eyes....
Who uses pink to highlight?
And don't be hatin' on my boy Jacen...he's mentally ill. And yeah, we can be sure he's dead. Jaina cleaved his chest in half.

See...black. Sooo much easier on my old lady eyes.

Who knows? Jaina had a vision in Dark Journey and knew exactly where to find Jag in the royal palace. Maybe instead of visions, Jag hears a voice inside his head that goes... "100 meters straight, then turn left."
(Excuse me my ignorance, but what does ROTFL mean? )
