Picked it up last weekend, but hadn't been able to sit down with it yet, unfortunately. 
I made chicken-in-dumplings for the first time in my life today, and my husband is singing my praises and telling me I can have whatever I want for the rest of my life. 
Hah, and my sister coached me through how to do it.

Just had to stop by to say hi. I thought you'd enjoy the fact that Jag Fel was my waiter yesterday. This young man (who was quite cute) who had a white lock of hair in the center of his forehead waited on me and my friends. All I could think was: "Jag is my waiter!" And really, who wouldn't want Jag as their waiter! I typically gush about Kyp at that forum, but I do love Jag. I mean relly! What's there to not love about him. I do hope there is material written about him as the head moff (and hopefully future emperor)!!!!! And...hopefully J/J !

Kick!*high five!* C and D is a staple here in Camp Chaos! The girl has it every week after treatment, she swears it's the only food that does not
taste weird after her chemo meds. I think it's an excuse me make me work in the kitchen.  It sounds like you are the Goddess of your castle! Take him up on the anything you want part! 
I was prepared to not really like JT very much and now I'm pleasantly surprised.

As for Fate of the Jedi, it would be so awesome if it was centered around J/J. Better yet, a whole series in which the main plot is how they bring the Empire and some rouge Jedi (later AKA Imperial Knights) together... That would somewhat resolve the question about the future of the Jedi Order, tell how the Empire rises again under the marvelously mastered lead of Jagged the Emperor and give us the long awaited conclusion to the all-too-tormenting love story of the Sword and her sheath.
There's been some speculation in Lit that the "Fate of the Jedi" could involve the development of the IKs -- which would almost certainly feature the Jaina/Jag finale. I think it's among the better guesses, though we know so little . . .
That's the one I hope for, at any rate.

Havac I hope you are right. I just finished the second volume. I loved it. I was so happy Cade decided to start training as a Jedi and is now going to save Hosk Trey'lis. I was also glad to see Mara. Morrigan Corde was Cades mom.  Also I loved the part were Roan Fel told Antares that he was getting a medal and thet he was going on the more dangerous missions because he was a hero. And he should forget about marrying Sia. That was the funniest thing in the volume. I can't wait to get number three. That is if they have one. Maybe in the new ones they give us more backround info.

Awe, Coonniiee...  Poor baby, she's so brave.

Jaina: Yes, Roan chewing Ganner and Antares' ass was classic, one of the top ten EU humor moments for sure. The look on his face...and on their faces...was...nothing...short...of...awesome!

Have they said that it's post LotF? Geez, I hope so.  At this point I really can't see Aaron writing in another era, all three of his LotF books were freaking grandslams.
And, as I said before, no one else -say maybe - Mike Stackpole, who no longer writes SW unfortunately , should write the first Jag/Jaina books other than...Aaron Allston.
And it looks like it may be shaping up that way, which is just what I wanted.
