Hello everyone. For those of you who dont know me, I am SWBob and I am the Minister of Public Affairs for the Senate. It has been brought to my attention that your Senator (Master-Anakin-Solo) has been absent since the begining of November of last year. It can be kinda hard to stay in the loop without your Senator giving you announcements. So for a short time I'll be giving you updates on Senate activities and such.
But the main purpose of my visit is to ask you what you would like to do about either getting a new senator or getting the old one back up and posting. I dont know if anyone knows where Master-Anakin-Solo is but my advice would be to start an election to find a new senator.
Note, this is not a take over by the senate or anything. I am here to help you get back up and running as a member thread of the EU Senate. These updates by me are just temporary untill you get a senator up and running.

Hey all! The amazing MASTERPRENN here with yet another stunning EUS Update! (don't forget to tip your waitress).
What's New?
New Faces: The new Sith Fan Club has recently entered the Senate. And they have a really new, good looking hotshot for their Senator. Apparently everybody is writing home about him or something.
Please also give a warm Senate welcome (whatever that means...) to our newest Senator, JaggedFel568. He'll be taking over Senator responsibilities for the Jag Fel Fanclub.
New Poll: Discussion is underway in the Senate for a new Senate sponsored poll. It's probably going to be something about powerful Sith Lords, but there's still time to make your opinion heard. Head on over there to voice an idea or somesuch, and encourage your thread members to do the same. Results from the last focus group were encouraging, but we're talking about downsizing the advertising department, so your help is needed to encourage Senate related activities. This is a good opportunity to do just that!
TEH AWARDS!!!!11!!1!!!1!
The nomination process is over, and now we simply need votes! That means go vote! And tell your thread members to go vote! First thread to get all of its members to vote gets 40 awesome points, and something really really special.
Categories include:
Most Amazing (though PRENN pretty much has that one wrapped up)
Best Looking (I'm afraid there's no competition there, either, because PRENN PWNS that field)
TEH HAWTEST! (Again, PRENN'S, got that one all taken care of)
But don't worry! There's plenty more categories that the amazing PRENN doesn't have a monopoly on! Go vote! Go vote! Go vote!
Also, keep encouraging your thread members to take part in the adoption service and any games or anything like that.

Welcome to the EU Senate Update, a first written by the sane half of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which you'll probably notice by the end of the update!
What's New?
Well, the Senate has since opened its Sith Poll entitled Who is the Greatest Sith Lord?
Who is it? Bane? Sidious? Darth Vader himself? Head over and vote, and make sure everyone else does too! Palpatine is winning, but Darth Revan himself is close behind.
The Senate is discussing opening a contest for a new banner, as well! It's in the planning phases now, but do pop in and join in, before we get a Jar Jar banner!
Ministry Announcements
Minister of Public Affairs SWBob has posted in the Quinlan Vos Fan Club, Jacen Solo Fan Club, Tahiri Veila Fan Club, Senate Guard Fan Club, and the Old Jedi Order Fan Club, so if you are or were, or know of members there, please post there or inform the Ministry about the situation. The joys of the clean-up duty, no?
The EU Tours
We're currently touring the Church of Kyle, after a successful tour of the Senate, so drop in and don your beards and shoulder patches!
New Faces!
PrincessCambria has taken up the role of Minister of Intelligence for the Chancellor!
JediMaraJadeSkyMaul has taken up the role of Senator for the Mara Jade fan club, bringing the fan club back into the Senate!
Sabre has taken up the reins of Senator-ship over at the NJO Fan Club, beside the shimmering gold of the Captain-Fantastic. It's is quite likely we'll see destruction and madness immense from this pair!
What's Coming Up?
The EUC Awards are coming to a close on the 12th September, and we'll all discover who the Best Patron of the EUC is, as well as the most morose, attractive, and much more!

The Fairwells
After almost three years serving the Senate, Senator Imperial_Hammer of the Blue Moons Cantina is stepping down from his post over the next two weeks. He will remembered for his steadfast service, strong voice, and tenure as Vice Chancellor a year ago, where he lead the way in making sure the position wasn't abused, giving up his voting power until the Constitution was repaired.
A good-natured person we will all miss in the Senate, but wish him the best in all he does.

She has been corrupted from a talkative girl to a confused teenager until now, finally...

I guess I should be thankful that Jacen in Canon has no romantic motive toward her.

BTW, who is her creator anyway? Rebecca Moesta? If that's the case, what I wouldn't give to have KJA write her finale.
granted, it might read like a fanfiction, but at least I know for certain that authors don't have the guts to kill off their own creations, they always delegate. See the Case of Mara and Admiral Daala, and Crix Madine.

Greetings Tahiri Fans, I am JEDI_TEEGIRLOO but please just call me Tee.  I am the Minister of Public Affairs for the EUS. I have noticed that your Senator Master-Anakin-Solo has been inactive in the Senate since 1/07. I would like to help this thread get back in to the Senate with a more active Senator. Those who wish to become a Senator must not represent another thread as an Aide or Senator. If you need any help or have any questions i would be glad to offer my services.
In addition the Senate has been successful with helping threads get back on track with Senate tours that host threads. It has been wildly popular and threads have seen more activity and membership increased with these tours. We can get you on the list if you wish.
