"And now," said Kev-Mas, "Perhaps this shall be a lesson to all. Any attempts to incite war or disrupt the peace will be met with consequences. Grim consequences."

Sabith grinned as Kev-Mas stood before him ready to cut him down. There was anger in him, a darkness that was consuming Kev-Mas from the inside he could feel it. "Now I understand, you are to replace me. A very worthy choice indeed" Sabith had learned long ago the secrets of pulling free the darkness with in others and this wouldn't be that difficult. "Kill me prove yourself above order, prove yourself worthy of the title of Sith Lord."
The black eyes of Sabith remained as they where as dark as the void itself. The heat of the duel lightsabers burnt his flesh but Kev-Mas did not end it yet. "Destroy this body and free me. Return my essence to the darkside for there I shall be reborn, greater then ever." A twisted smile and laughter came upon Sabith's lips as he pulled at the heartstrings of Kev-Mas.
By destroying Sabith he would sacifice himself to the darkness with in. A worthy death in the eyes of Sabith but long ago he had learned the truth. The blades came closer and Sabith knew Kev-Mas was torn in his duty to the balance and his hate of the sith lord. "Do not fear, there is no death only the force and with my sacrifice the darkside shall grow stronger then ever."
Sabith did not know if the ship would follow it's orders or if it would destroy itself it did not matter there where things more important at the moment. "So what will it be Kev-Mas kill me and take the mantle of a sith lord forever? Or would you arrest me perserving the balance you have sworn to up hold."
Even now Sabith pushed his dark essence into that of Kev-Mas giving birth to a darkess that would become greater in time. "Strike me unarmed, kill me with your hate, obey the darkness and restore order to the chaos."

OOC: Not really he'd have to have my permission to kill me and he didn't state anything other then he was basicly prepairing if he just up and killed me then that would have been god moding because my character would have had no chance to act. If he want's to in the next post he could but he'd be giving in to the darkside because of the fact I'm unarmed and willing to accept arrest.
I'm sure he wouldn't want to be considered a "god-moder" as I still retain power over the ship and a connection to the force. Like wise I would have the ablity to resist instead of just standing around like an idoit waiting to be killed. Granted that's what Sabith's doing but that's a different story....

sabith, you gave kev permission. you can't reneg on that permission now. also, templars do not believe in the light side or the dark side. Kev wouldn't care about killing a helpless opponent if he believed that it would be getting rid of someone too dangerous to keep alive. If you want to complain about unfair roleplaying, then you should look at yourself.

So basicly the tempars are darksiders...I figured they where about mantianing a balance with the force. If you don't care about killing a helpless opponent then that leads to the darkside doesn't it after all that's what Bane, Palpatine, and the rest of the sith would do.
I can understand the belief of no dark or light side as it is the users own beliefs/ decissions that make it light or dark. Although I believe I will have to have this discussion in the templar thread. Also I reread my prior post and you all are correct I did give Kev permission when I stated Sabith wouldn't resist.
Regardless I'm out of the civil war and won't have to act as my sith self for a little while....Congratulations Kev (everyone just ignor my last post)

No, we're neutral. By thinking in black and white, yes, at least Kev-Mas is a Darksider. But if you think in shades of grey he has plenty of redeeming qualities.

If you're referring to the EUC Civil War, we've moved things over to a new RPG in the RPF boards, so you shouldn't be seeing any more chaos and confusion around here.

What's the next big Star Wars project? Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Fall 2008.
