Don't think it won't be fun to build up the booth for the FanForce on Thursday. This way we could see the Convention Center a day before the regular crowds.

Now that it is practically settled that the meeting is going to be before CE, it is about time we booked hotel rooms. The hotels near the centre are already filling up.
I am looking for room-mates and a hotel right now for staying the entire week.
Please PM me if you'd like to have me along. (I'm a male, btw.)

At the moment my job situation is quite tricky so I can't commit to annything but the CE itself, but I will try my hardest to be there the days before as well.

Actually was quite simple and effective. Only had to go to one place here in Germany to legalize. And both the residence permit and the citizen of osnabrück registration was taken care of at one reception. Took me about 20minutes, since i took a waiting ticket and was leaving the place already with everything done and with papers in hand. Gotta love EU.

That's a good idea. I couldn't find one single thread about this topic either and I would be interested to know it as well. It would be just great to travel as a really big bunch of people to the CE and back to the hotel.
