Yeah, there is. That'd be cool. But some places may feel they're getting left out. London hosted the first FFE meet and now have another, and Berlin had the 2006 one, so another one in Germany...
Dunno. I want to go to JediCon, but I'm not sure if I'll get there Depends on whether I get into Uni.

It's also in March, which is, I think, a highly unusual date for an EFFM (though it is over Easter)

JediCon would be great. I'll put my salary from the archaeological excavations from this year into a bank for the event.  I really hope I'll make it despite my Uni duties. 
EDIT: Just a question: is there soemthing like a tube in Düsseldorf?

That's pretty much a no on all accounts. We're not Berlin
It's relatively well-connected, decent, affordable (if not perfectly - but D'dorf is small enough to be only one zone for the most part), not hotter than outside (cooler underground, actually), almost never even half as packed as some tube trains and only the old trams are louder than my mp3 player, not the rest.
Though the thing being near the airport, the bus is probably a more logical choice anyway.

How about this year's contender, Seville? I would love to visit Plaza de España in Seville (because it is a part of Naboo! ) and some other historical sites in the region, such as Alhambra. However, I would prefer to be there when it is cool and not in the height of summer.
JediCon is on my agenda otherwise, anyway.

As long as there is some money in my account, I'll be up for any future FFE meets - so far I have found two European-based conventions that I think I can definitely attend - Jedi-Con 2008 and Star Wars Reunion II in Paris in October 2007
