Awards 2008 Entertainment thread - thank you to all entertainment writers

I'll be the entertainment coordinator this time around  I have some ideas of things to do, but I really need help getting enough entertainment for all the eras - especially Before, which needs as much as the other two, but isn't as popular to make entertainment for.
The ceremony dates this year are:
Saga - July 19
Beyond - July 26
Before - August 2
The absolute, final deadline for entertainment is one week before each of the ceremonies. Entertainment deadlines:
Saga - July 12
Beyond - July 19
Before - July 26
I'm looking for art, poetry, song parodies, skits, and anything else that is humorous. If you like creating any of those, now is the time to show off your talents!!
If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the thread of PM me. I adore early submissions  Please make sure that the entertainment conforms to the TOS and fanfic guidelines. I'll let you know if it's not appropriate. However, I appreciate anything that you send in!!
Also, if you have ideas for things to do but don't have the time or knowledge to create, feel free to PM me ideas or post them in the thread.
Please contribute!! The entertainment will make the ceremonies much more enjoyable for everyone

Oooh! This sounds like fun! I've never submitted anything like that before, but it does sound fun!
So... you said humorous stuff? Like song parodies and what not... Well, good news-- I've got like... a ton of those on my computer so... Yeah. One question though (and everyone else probably knows the answers) but are you looking for stories? Or just short things? Or... what exactly?

I pulled up a link to some of the funny stuff we had from last year. You can find it in the 2007 Awards Entertainment Thread. I compiled them all for those who didn't want to hunt everything down and added in some of the stuff that didn't make it in.
(Nat, if you need more funny stuff around the ceremonies, lemme know and I'll see what I can come up with.)

Chevk out the first one here. It's a skit. Basically, characters or JC people (and you have to get permission from people before you use them) written like a movie scrript and funny. That one is also a crossover/parody (RENT song) and either or both are fine Don't write a long story; just something quick and funny like that.
