 It's so pretty! Luke/Mara forever!!!
Again, wonderful drawing and shading. I love the poses. It's not graphic, just a loving embrace. Truly wonderful!

Thanks for all the great replies to "Sweet Romance!" I had hoped it would warm all our hearts, and remind us of happier times (...though it also seems to have inspired a few tears...  )!
FF_F--I'm so glad you liked "Garyn Fett!" It's such a relief the background seems to fit in--it took a long time to do, and I would've hated having to change it! lol!  And I'm glad you like L/M, too--they're my favorite SW couple (H/L are a very close second!), and it still breaks my heart that Mara's no longer "with us..." I think that's why I really felt a need to do this piece... I appreciate the visit and kind words! 
NYCitygurl--Thanks so much! I'm glad it feels right, and doesn't seem awkward; like I said, sometimes it can be one of those touchy things, to see our heroes in more...human?...moments--it's great that this one seems to resonate (with all the L/M fans, anyway!). Thank you for your visit and comments!

Hi TOJP! Yes, it is "so sweet and yet so sad;" both applied to drawing it, too... I just feel cheated, somehow, that we didn't see more of THIS type of moment with them; I suppose that's another reason I wanted to draw this, so we all could! Thanks again!

Request work is starting to take front-and-center in terms of "art time" again, so some of my own work is going onto the back burner again; hopefully it won't be too much longer before I have something new--if it gets protracted, I may be desperate enough to post a WIP again! lol! I thought it was about time to pull myself out of that rabbit hole I fell into last year and comment on your Luke and Mara. It is absolutely beautiful. I am glad I was able to help you. Of course, that harddrive of thousands of Luke photos I have is helpful. Just don't let my therapist see them. LOL!

Aww! **sniffles emotionally** I'm honored, but truly: these colorings and icons were done by BigFatty, I believe--the congrats should rightly go to her! **nodding** If the pieces had not been colored and properly cropped (which I have no clue how to do! lol!), they would never have become icons! Thanks, then, to BF, for her wonderful work!

Lots of pics of bro and sis, and none of him...blame it on the muse, who only hit me sometime late in the NJO series of novels, after we'd already lost him... I'll encourage you to check out Iverna's thread, here--her work is awesome, and she has several drawings of Anakin Solo (all of which will make your jaw drop! )!
