	Greetings goddess45! And what a great drawing of Jaina! It's instantly recognizable as the image from the book cover, so well done on that! Wonderful figure proportions, and good shading. I'd like to see a bit more contrast/shading in the face, so her features stand out a bit more (some of that might be the contrast levels of your scan of the drawing, too...I have trouble with getting good contrast too, lol!), but other than that it looks just great! 	Rebel- I just found out about the fanart boards about a month ago and i really like them... thanks!! Ok My uncle showed me a really easy way to load these today so i hope to have more up soon! I realise the shading isn't so great but it's not finished and a wip i just like how she looked alone. 	Oh, isn't this pretty?! I love the dress--very simple styling, but very elegant--just as I would expect Jaina to prefer for a wedding gown! I love the pose: it sort of speaks of a quiet moment before the actual ceremony, where she has some time to just reflect and think about things... Lovely! I really like the button detailing down the back of the dress, and the ribbon trim on the veil--very nice touches! This is great now, and will look even better with some more shading and highlighting. Re: getting a bit more contrast into sketches--try scanning them into your photo editing program and you can use the "contrast correction" function to "darken" the sketch. It can help bring out more contrast in the scanned work, and can also help you to see where you need to add in contrast on the original piece (it helps me that way, anyway...). I still have to work on it. gotta add Jag in there I have a weird computer (mac) so i think it decided to cooperate with this next picture. i've been playing around with shading on paper too (also making it slightly darker so hopefully that helped too) FG- Thanks goddess!! 	only the sky to color. (and some of the lazer blasts) I kinda like it in graphite. 	goddess! Great work! I love Jaina in the wedding dress. Gorgeous simplicity! My first impression was that it must be a design from a fashion student. Just Beautiful! Your first Jaina post is also well done. Really good job on the coloring! And the Hoth sketch is very realistic. Lovely detail - and, you know, I kind of like the graphite, too! Not everything deserves to be colored, and unless you took a radical road (which you could), this would be primarily whites, greys and blues. Its kind of like black-and-white photographs. They have a definite place in photographic art and it would be a shame to see many of them in color.
