Both of those new pieces are wonderful, but I really would love to see the Luke/Mara pic made into a TFN icon. I want it!!!!!

I can't get over the Luke and Mara piece--the little "sparkles" you've added give it an almost magical touch...just amazing! And Tahiri--  The use of the greens (aside of the fact that they so beautifully compliment her) is perfect, reflecting the verdant nature of her Dagobah surroundings... Just WOW... Wow - such praise from an artist such as yourself is the best I can ask for. I'm glad you felt my work does your own justice.
I'm on tour at the moment - which is why i've been away - i'm performing with www.rainorshine.co.uk in their UK tour . But i've had a few days off so i decided to put them to good use!
you keep drawing the masterpieces luv and i'll keep colouring them in.

Hey Lippy, have I ever told you how much I adore your coloring technique?! Well I do. I was wondering if you ever considered doing a tutorial on how you do it. I would love to learn how to color like you do.
I spent most of yesterday looking at free tutorials on the internet, I didn't find any real good ones.
I really like your style and would love to learn how you do it.

Oh, wow!! Yet another skilled transformation of the graphite-on-paper into something...amazing... I just love the "flash effect" off the lightsabers--it's something that's exceedingly tough to render in pencil--and the lighting on Luke's face (and the little sweeps of glow off his hair) is just wonderful. A great job once again, Lippy! Thanks so much, and brava!!
