	Sometimes I have a love/hate relationship with some medias too, I use to really love watercolours at the start of the year, until my tutor tells me if I don't use something else I'll fail T__T... They have a kind of dreamy quality about the way it blends, I really like that. Your Shmi fic is so great, I really enjoyed it. And there's some paintings I must have missed, a really touching one with Anakin holding his head in his hands and Shmi reaching out for him... Oh, cat just brought a mouse in XDD

	I admire anyone who can do watercolor well. I have only used acrylics to paint with and it can be challenging especially when blending (Blending is near impossible so I use gradation!). 	Azure - I love your paintings. Wow. My favourite on this page is I think the Chewie and Leia. Their expressions of suprise are absolutely priceless. And your Leia is great because you really capture her incredible inner strength, and you give her a kind of quiet maturity. 	Dear Tahi, thanks a lot for stoping by and be sure that you will be on the list from now on. The Chewie & Leia one comes from an on-line photo that I found and which I badly needed for my graphic Han novel. I also loved their expression... like being caught in the act & embarrassed about it. And the Leia one was in one of my many SW Fact folders that I collected a couple of years ago. I just do not like the way I did her lips for some reason and I still need Han, Chewie & Luke marching in the background of the painting. 	Ah, so much arty goodness here! I really love the Leia/Chewbacca "naughty" piece! LOL! That was one photo that always had me laughing (...not her expression, necessarily, but his! )! Luke and Leia is wonderful too...except for the "brother/sister" thing that makes it a bit uncomfortable... laughing You're getting quite wonderful at Carrie's likeness--I can't capture that woman for love or money... My all time favorite of these newest pieces, though, has to be Han and Leia--this little moment in the 'Falcon between the two of them was always one of my favorite moments in the OT, and you've captured it wonderfully here! Will you be filling in the rest of the background (re: the "innards" of the ship), or just have them in a neutral background...? I wouldn't blame you in the least to keep things simple--sometimes, when you work so hard on the subjects, the background just doesn't seem so important (...well...that's been my own experience, anyway! )... 	That be some good looking pic you've made of Han'n'Leia, Azure. Of course I really love the one you have of just Leia. She always looked great at the end of ANH. The Chewie face is indeed priceless, one feels naturally weird when Luke & Leia touch each other that way and as for the background of the famous kissing scene between Han & Leia, yes I wanted to keep that simple.
