That commission you did of the Jedi & Yoda is great was it done with markers? Call me stupid, I'm not all that familiar with the markers you sketch card artists are using, what type/kind are they? I'm sure they're not cheap but they seem to be essential to the sketch card trade since everyone of you is using them. I'm looking to submit a small portfolio type thingy to Topps and of course want to have some examples of sketch cards. How do you do the white highlights I see in some of these pics, for example the sketch cards, a white marker? Anyways your stuff looks great, I especially love the clone trooper pieces.

I'm taking a wild guess here but the white marks are just bits which are not coloured over?

ATTENTION SDCC ATTENDEES!!!
For those of you attending SDCC, I will NOT be taking anymore pre-orders as what I have already will tie me up until the show...
HOWEVER, if you're interested in a commission at the show, on Preview night, I will not be at my Artist Alley table (BB-01) but there will be a sign-up sheet on the table. You will put your name and request on the list and return the following day to follow-up. If you're planning on an obscure EU character or something out of the ordinary, PLEASE bring reference.
Now, this is a bit unfair for those of you only attending a day or two and would like something done. In this case, PM me and we will work something out.
For pricing information, shoot me a PM.

Hi Tom! I saw your booth today at Comic-Con, but I was rushing around with friends. I'm going to try to stop by tomorrow to say hi!
Edit: It was nice to meet you at Comic-con today, Tom! I came back by later in the day to pick up a sketch book but you were out for a bit. Unfortunately, I had to head home. C'est la vie! That Aayla pic was awesome (I was very sad it was already sold) and your Asaj Ventress auction piece was stellar too! I hope you got a great price for it.

Oooo! Love the "mother and daughter" pieces, Tom! The Padme piece is awesome: wonderful pose, energy, and a very palpable feeling of cold in that one! The Leia one is a great departure from the normal lighting we see for the scene: here we have some brighter, less "bloody" light, and a new perspective for her view of the approaching troopers. Both are wonderful (and make a nice pair!)!
