Hi everyone! I'm not really an artist, but I love drawing SW pics. A few weeks ago, I could barely draw stick people, but one weekend I practiced, a lot. Here's some of my drawings:
Leia from A New Hope:
^ I drew this picture in pencil on Thanksgiving of Leia from A New Hope. This was my first real attempt at shadowing. The nose is hard to see in this picture, which is probably a good thing, I'm horrible at noses. :P
Cartoonish YJK Tenel Ka:
^ This one was drawn on lined paper. I'm going to color it soon. 
If you have any comments or tips please share them!

Welcome to Fan Art, jawasrock!
I see we got some fresh blood!
Just kidding, you did a real nice job capturing Leia for someone just starting out! Drawing isn't easy and I respect you for sticking with it and producing something that you can be proud of. You made a big leap from stick figures to a portrait and I see a lot of potential. The best word of advice I can give you is to just keep drawing. Keep practicing and study those reference books(if you need any pointers, let me know ) and you should see a significant improvement in your drawings. I hope you keep at it and I can't wait to see some more of your work!

HanSolo29: Thankies Hansolo29! I practice whenever I can! I've been practicing noses alot this week, but I'm still horrible at drawing them.
I went to the book store to buy You Can Draw Star Wars, but they didn't have them in stock. So I bought Fury instead (though I'm not sure why, I'm reading the NJO  )
I'm not really a fan of the prequels, but I love Padme's picnic dress from AotC, so I drew some pictures of that:
^ Picnic Padme.
^ Full body animeish Padme.
^ This one is the same picture as the first one, just scanned differently.
