Hi there Darryn, and I don't know if it'll be any help at all (and we'd all love to see the eggs, once they're done, btw!), but you could look for Halloween stencils for carving jack-o-lanterns in SW themes (re: Yoda, Mandos, etc) and perhaps adapt those to the smaller size for eggs, simply painting or stenciling them onto the eggs. Outside of that, I don't know what might work, aside from creating your own original designs and just painting them on. The Clone Wars cartoon style of art might be best for something like this: bold lines and simple colors that wouldn't be too tough to replicate. Good luck (and I hope you have/had a great Easter!)!
