I don't think my parents know of my obsession, and my girlfriend does a little bit. Mostly just because she's seen the bookmark to this site, and the books in my closet. tongue

Wow, that's horrible. I'm glad that my finals consist of multiple choice essays generally somewhere between 40 and 150 questions long. Of course I have the AP tests... I can't wait to be done.

I think my family knows how obsessed I am... I didn't know how bad it was until my father got wikipedia and wookieepedia mixed up. I guess I comment on the latter too much. tongue

Ohhh, my family knows about my obsession. I think half the school knows of my obsession. whistling

In fact, word got around to me that a fellow student in my English class finds my love of Star Wars "embarrassing." I don't understand why it would embarrass her, because I'm certainly not embarrassed. I'm not flamboyant about my love of Star Wars, not at all, but if people ask or I have the opportunity to bring it up.. I'm going to tell them! tongue

It has stopped being embarrassing after I met someone else in RL who is just as obsessed and loves all the same characters that I do. And all my friends are total geeks as well. Next year for the con that my college hosts, I may have to spend some time in Jedi robes. Just a thought.

It's really odd, I have this song I composed going through my head, but instead of only piano I hear these haunting voices and other instruments and see this desert scene...

Oy, I really need to get some sleep, I think. tongue

I almost fell asleep during my guitar class today. tired An especially amazing feat, considering I was sitting right in front of the horridly out of tune piano my teacher was pounding on.

IT'S ALIVE! In case anyone wondered, I didn't die or something, just a few weeks of tons of schoolwork followed by a few weeks of being grounded. I can understand no TV and crap, but no Internet? I might as well have died. Geez. shock

That reminds me of how a few days ago in jazz band class, one of my friends actually fell asleep. So another one of my friends, who happens to play the bari sax - which, some of you may know, is somewhat loud - went up to them and blasted them right in the ear. The sax player got detention for two weeks and the other guy insists that he still hears a buzzing in that ear. But luckily, it was hilarious, so all is forgiven.

hugs SithGirl. I'm going to be like that in June, and it does not help that I'm competing (I think) in a music festival at the Provincial level in Toronto a week before exams. plain

And I have three essays to write. I want to die... cry

hugs To all you final takers out there.

I've had posterior (no, not that posterior) shin splints for several months now. I changed shoes and it helped.. somewhat. They're back now, but many, many, many times worse. I can't put much weight on my right leg, and my left is starting to go out, too. cry I'm really worried it has progressed to a stress fracture, because I fail the "10 Jump" test on both legs.

And I have a five mile suicide awareness walk today. doh!

I so should be studying for some science tests I have this week, but I don't have finals for that and Algebra 2 for another... 3 weeks, I think. plain

Wheee, so I went for a run, and was enjoying it so much that I had to make myself stop, measured out the distance on Google Earth... 'Twas more then 5K. I was so surprised, even though I had estimated about that much. I was going slower then normal, so that's probably how I didn't die considering the last time I ran I went 1.8 miles.
