I took my first couple of APs today.  I swear I hate it, because I take mine so fast and I just have to sit there...

Wow, I don't think I've ever really cheated, before. I seriously could take a test with the answer key open in front of me and not look at it the whole time. I know, I've done it before, but it wasn't on purpose, so it might not count...

What's amusing about the whole cheating thing was that we took our US government and politics test in the NJROTC room, and the first year cadets were going over government, and the proctor didn't realize to erase it until a second before she said start...  She wasn't that bright though.

Personally, I think the SAT's and anything administered by the College Board is overly paranoid. Seriously. But also, I think that anyone who could write an SAT so bad as the current one has to be deranged or something...
Tomorrow I have my finals. And I still know nothing about Italian or geology. This is going to be quite fun.

Yes, the SAT is messed up, but the AP tests are fairly good.

My school only offers three AP classes, and one of them is only available every other year due to budget issues.
I'm SO excited! My schedule for fall is finally coming together. Coordinating classes between my high school, community college, and online stuff through the college is slightly confusing.

I might be able to get my chemistry books free through a friend who owns them. I already own the music theory book, and I don't mind splurging for the paleontology book. Today when I was selling books back, the bookstore bought my coffee-stained, graffitied Italian book for $50. That's probably about half the cost of my paleontology book for next semester. I think science majors make a point of having the most hideously expensive, utterly useless, and amazingly soporific textbooks.

My school offers a few. And yeah, I'm glad I didn't do dual enrollment, apparently it's really frustrating this year because you can't have classes after 10:30 any days so you only get 4 classes at the high school.
Do they come with CDs?

My high school offered Calc, US History, and English Lit as a guarantee for AP's, and Psych if we argued enough. Sometimes there was Bio, Chem, or Music Theory. And of course, after I graduate, they start offering AP European History. But they never allowed dual enrollment, and that would have made me a lot more interested in school... I went to such a weird high school.
I am leaving college for the summer within the hour, and I am so sad! oh well... sooner or later over the summer, my parents might just get high-speed internet. And knowing them, they won't know what to do with it.
