Hey fellow Kyp-fans.
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but was there any proof that Zeth was force sensitive?
If so, how strong do you think he could have gotten, compared to Kyp?

no proof of Zeth being Force sensitive, just speculation. He was able to appear to Kyp after he had died. Also, it seems siblings are said to be at least equally capable of having the same Force potential...ie. Leia and Luke etc....
That's why it would be fun to have a Zeth story that way.

Are we sure Zeth appearing to Kyp wasn't a hallucination?
About siblings having the same potential: Luke and Leia are twins. So are Jaina and Jacen. Wasn't it established that Anakin was stronger than J&J? Or am I hallucinating now? 
I'm planning to have Zeth as a minor character in a fanfic but make him less talented than Kyp... Sorry that I can't add to that challenge. I feel like I'm treating Zeth unfairly now. 
But I'm not changing it for this one!

We were given the impression that Anakin might some day be greater than his siblings. I think that was part of the build up to making it even more tragic for him to sacrifice himself to save the rest of the Jedi Order.
I am of firm belief that Force potential can suddenly spring up out of absolutely no familial history. It would have to, in order for the "no children/no families" rule to be applied to the post-Ruusan Reformation Jedi Order and for them still to be able to find new children to bring into the order. Force-sensitives have to come from somewhere! 
Now, we do have several old Jedi on the 'dead but not gone' side of the fence at the time of Zeth's demise. There is also direct evidence of two untrained Force Sensitives retaining their identities after their death with what seems to be Yoda's assistance in Star Wars Marvel #92.
I'm willing to believe just about anything about Kyp's familial Force sensitivity, but perhaps Zeth was sensitive to a degree and Yoda (or Obi-wan, or Qui-Gon, or Anakin Skywalker) helped him remain on the self-aware side of death long enough to appear to Kyp, to help Kyp's road back to the Light.

I think the problem is that there never was an explenation why people (don't) appear as Force ghosts.

I don't know much about Before the Saga but I was under the impression that the first Jedi who was able to come back from the Force was Qui Gon. He came to Yoda and then subsequently to Obi Wan while Luke was growing up on Tattooine.

So big big question.
I had an account [by the same name, actually] back in '05 and I got hooked on a story called 'Just A Kiss'. It was a challenge piece that wasn't complete when I was forced to leave the boards. Anyone have any pointers?
