This is one I'am guilty of: On the back of every school paper you have there is either a short story or a detailed drawing of a scene/character. 
Also: You day dream about your characters and actually incorperate them into your every day life...and every now and then you write an evil and sadistic story about torturing obi-wan.....

Let me just say that there is a disturbing amount of stereotypical fangirlism in this thread.
I especially hate summaries such as, "hi this is sumthin i rote bout me n leggy during maths".
The quality at this board tends to be better, luckily. 
You know you're a fan fiction writer when you want to flame someone for telling a horrible story - audially.

Oh, the agony of that...  But in my case, it's an industrial-sized 3" binder, a bunch of notebooks/journals, and one ratty over-stuffed folder!
