	Right- recieve nominations- keep a list updated. Once's noms are done, then you get to have a short breather before you start asking for exceprts from the fics that make it to the voting round. Then comes the voting- everyone's favorite thing. It's long and hard work. But then there's the ceremony. 	Striker- same goes And to add to what Targeter said- this is what Leona said when I PMmed her about it (I hope she doesn't mind posting what she said here): Posting the threads? Making sure stuff goes smoothly? Run the vote-counting? Pretty much all of the above. You'd create a sock that people would PM nominations to. You start a thread using that sock to keep a list of all the nominations and the number of noms they get. Those with 3 or more noms go on to the final round. After there's a final list of noms you ask for all the suthor with stories in the final round to send the sock an excerpt from each category they are nommed in and post it in another thread. (see the link for excerpts). This thread could include the final list and people would then PM their votes for the winners of Reader's CHoice. Doing the final sawards ceremony would also be your reponsibility. Could have have people help you, vote counting and arranging the ceremony. I would aslo be here to help with questions and what ever I can assist with. Do take a peek at the links I provide and inquire of the past hosts. Hope that helps!
