	Great update, LJS! I am so excited about all the fabulous artwork. You guys all did a great job. And thank you to Jaina_Solo_15 for taking the time to do that interview. Everyone, I hope you take the time to thank LJS for all the hard work she's done on behalf of the Index. There is a lot of time that goes into what you see here. I mean look at all the markup codes! With that said, anyone who volunteers won't be dropped into this alone. There are two other managers to help out, JAGSGURL15 and myself. Although we'll both admit that what LJS does is the most time intensive. Anyway, if you're interested let us know and we can explain the specifics of what's needed from the third manager. 	Alright, we have gotten offers of assistance from three people: BigFatty, FelsGoddess, and NYCitygurl, which is brilliant. I really appreciate it, if only as one less thing for me to worry about. My position as an index manager consisted of multiple aspects. I check Jaina_Jag_Index regularly, and copy-paste it into a word document. If I have time, I do markups then; if I don't, I do markups when I'm prepping the newletter. I upload any fanarts we receive to the Jaina/Jag Index photobucket account. And I insert the new stories/authors into the various Word Documents that are home to the Jaina/Jag Index. (All of the word documents and folders take up about 2.35 MB, as an aside). Coding the newsletters can take several hours- yesterday's took me from eight o'clock to almost midnight, so four hours. You run into a lot of coding glitches since there is so much of it. It's mostly time consuming, and sometimes you have to track down authors who sent in their information but forgot parts of it, etc. However, I won't be leaving whoever gets my job on the lurch. I'll give them my AIM SN/email address so if there's a problem, or they have a question, they can ask me for help. Um, I guess that covers it? 	[IMPORTANT] Well, it looks like I'm out of here guys. Two wonderful people have stepped up to handle the challenge of running the index: BigFatty and NYCitygurl! Thank you! Due to the fact that JAGSGURL15 appears to be an a hiatus for unknown reasons, we brought in not one, but two managers for the index. They, along with TKeira_Lea will be running it for us, and I'm sure that they will do a great job. Now that they're trapped in the job, I think I'll flee Again, thank you everybody!
